Before Operator Dispatch

If you cancel your request before a towing operator is dispatched, you may cancel without charge since no payment is required to submit a request.

After Operator Dispatch

If an operator has been dispatched and is en route, cancellation may result in a service call fee. If the operator has already arrived at your location, the full service fee may apply.

Service Cannot Be Completed

If our operator is unable to complete the tow due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., vehicle accessibility issues), you will only be charged for any applicable assessment or travel fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
