Before Technician Dispatch

If you cancel your request before a technician is dispatched, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payment made.

After Technician Dispatch

If a technician has been dispatched and is en route, cancellation may result in a service call fee. If the technician has already arrived at your location, the full service fee applies.

Service Cannot Be Completed

If our technician is unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., incorrect tire inventory, vehicle accessibility issues), you will only be charged for any applicable assessment or travel fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
